In the context of the pandemic, it turned out that Armenian, Georgian and Azerbaijani bio-laboratories can’t help not only ordinary citizens, but also protect their own employees. The cases of their infection are being made public. Laboratories, where not only risky experiments with especially dangerous infections are carried out, but also genome is collected, continue to operate behind closed doors. It makes people think about the true goal in the activities of these institutions.

The bio-laboratories network in Armenia was created by the United States Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), which, according to materials on the website of the US Department of Defense, spent over $16 billion over the past 16 years on the creation and development of all bio-laboratories (including Georgian, Ukrainian and Azerbaijani) under the International Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP) . It is the agency’s main bioproject. Initially, this program was intended for the countries of the former USSR to protect their nuclear infrastructure from rogue states and terrorist groups.

Over the past two decades, CBEP has spread to 30 countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. DTRA did not hide the double goals of its expansion in Eastern Europe, Eurasia and Asia. A network of biological laboratories was created in countries neighboring Russia and China.

In October 2019, the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), responsible for countering biological threats, announced the creation of a breakthrough computer program that should detect diseases in people 48 hours before the first symptoms appear. But when the coronavirus attacked the United States, and DTRA could not use the warning program, the truth crawled out: what the agency has been doing for the past several decades and spent billions of US taxpayers on has been completely useless. Being concentrated on the Cold War the American military biologists did not reach the coronavirus.

Meanwhile, COVID-19 continues to walk the planet, capturing more and more states and reaping the deadly harvest. The first pandemic of the Digital Age could not help but generate a mass of conspiracy theories from the elimination of the disease in the bowels of the Club of Rome to reduce the world's population to the absence of the virus. Proponents of the latter theory are convinced that the disease does not exist, and all panic has been invented artificially in order to create a "world government" and "total chipping of people".

There is no justified evidence of a deliberate provocation of a pandemic. But the situation makes us think about the risks that the "military virology" carries, widely promoted by NATO in the Eurasian space.
