Visited today the Combat Management Center of the Defense Army and in the presence of a high-ranking command staff, handed over the military shoulder straps of the lieutenant-general to Minister Jalal Harutyunyan. The war, of course, is not over, but the high level of combat efficiency, professionalism, determination, patriotism that our army possesses, inspires confidence and encouragement.
