Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Sunday ruled out early presidential and parliamentary elections in Turkey, according to a video of his meeting with Turkish youth that was released by the presidential office.

"They (the opposition - TASS) ask for naming a date for the elections," he said. "The elections will take place in June next year."

"There will be no early elections in November, Mr. Kemal," Erdogan said, referring to Kemal Kilicdaroglu, the leader of the Republican People's Party. "You first get prepared and tell us if you are going to run in the presidential elections. If you aren’t, then name your candidate.".
