Today, certain changes have been introduced in the regulation of cash circulation in the Republic of Artsakh.
◾️In particular, there will be a daily limit of up to 50,000 AMD for cash withdrawals with the same bank card from all ATMs and POS terminals.
Cash withdrawal will be provided for cardholders of any bank through ATMs and POS terminals operating in Artsakh.
◾️Problems with cash circulation in Artsakh were caused by Azerbaijan's blockade of Artsakh. Cashing out large amounts of money by the population reduced cash circulation in the republic. Artsakh State Minister had instructed to take measures to solve the problem at one the meetings of the Operational Headquarters/Staff.
