Using the Idram&IDBank app has become more convenient than ever. From now on, users will be able to view the online balances of cards issued by ArCa system banks and attached to the app.

Idram reports that this improvement was introduced based on numerous user requests. Now, users can monitor the online balance of both IDBank cards and other ArCa system bank cards directly in the app.

Attaching a card to the Idram&IDBank app takes just a few seconds. Simply go to the "Banking" section, agree to the terms, enter the card details, and the card will be attached. After that, you can use the attached card for payments and track its balance.

According to Idram’s CEO, Arsen Kdenian, customer demand for this feature was high. "It’s clear to everyone how convenient it is to have all your card balances displayed in one app, allowing you to check balances without any additional actions. We hope our clients and users will appreciate this new feature, and for those who have not yet started using the Idram&IDBank app, this is a great opportunity," said Arsen Kdenian. He also noted that the card transfer section for ArCa system cards has been improved. Specifically, during the confirmation stage of a card-to-card transfer, the recipient's name is now displayed on the screen, ensuring the sender knows they are sending money to the correct account.

The Idram&IDBank app is constantly evolving. Thanks to the strategic partnership between Idram and IDBank, users have been able to perform all banking and payment operations through a single app for several years now, from digital installments and contactless payments to transfers and ticket purchases. This is just a small part of the wide range of features that both companies are continuously working on.
