''Hraparak'': The paper claims it has learned that the Ministry of Finance paid its department chiefs 1 million drams (approx. $2610) in bonuses on the occasion of New Year. The paper claims that Finance Minister Vache Gabrielyan had decided to make savings at the expense of Christmas tree decorations. Gabrielyan, the paper claims, had ordered employees to bring two toys each to decorate the Christmas tree at the ministry so that to save money. |
