''Zhoghovurd'': The paper says it has learned from sources that President Serzh Sargsyan has announced at a meeting with senior officials that he is not planning to replace government officials in the foreseeable future as he has hardly managed to stabilize the situation in the upper circles.

Citing its sources, the paper claims the president meant both the executive and legislative.

He has reportedly said he will make some reshufflings, but without major changes as that might infringe the stability of the ruling circles.

“It is noteworthy that the president was until recently speaking about changes, stressing the importance of bringing new figures to the cabinet and parliament,” the paper comments.

When asked by the paper why the president suddenly change his mind, a spokesperson for the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), Edward Sharmazanov said Serzh Sargsyan likes to make his statements public.
