The speakers focused on the historical-political and literary significance of the novel, the pro-Armenian activities of Franz Werfel, as well as the consistently implemented Turkish-Azerbaijani genocidal policy towards Armenians in different periods of history and its manifestations. The conference was held within the framework of the program implemented with the basic funding of the Committee of Higher Education and Science of the RA Ministry of Education and Culture, with the financial support of Yerevan State University and individual benefactors. |
