Canadian Immigration consulting firm is looking for 2-4 full time (30-40 hours) administrative assistants in Yerevan/Armenia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls
- Return missed calls and voice messages
- Check, answer and forward electronic inquiries
- Send emails, agreements and invoices
- Follow-up with existing and potential clients
- Schedule, coordinate and manage bookings
- Provide call reports to management on weekly basis
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION:
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented self-starter with excellent judgment
- Very strong computer skills
- Prior experience in the similar role preferred
- University degree would be an asset
- Multilingualism would be an asset
