Judges in Kiev file complaints against Poroshenko, accuse him of pressure

The judges of Kiev’s district administrative court who made the decision on the denationalization of Privatbank have lodged complaints with the Prosecutor-General’s Office and the State Bureau of Investigation against the incumbent president, Pyotr Poroshenko, the head of the National Bank and the justice minister to charge them with meddling and pressure, as follows from a report on the court’s website.

A judge of Kyiv's District Administrative Court has filed a lawsuit against Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, the court's press service has reported.

"A judge of Kyiv's District Administrative Court has filed a lawsuit against Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on recognizing the inactivity of the head of state, the obligation to issue a decree appointing a judge to office and recovering pecuniary damage," the report reads.
