Anahit Bakhshyan informed the MPs of the violations. "Who got registered instead of Hovik Abrahamyan? At noon Mr. Abrahamyan was absent, but someone got registered instead of him," she said.
Hovik Abrahamyan, however, saved the situation: accompanied by Galust Sahakyan, he entered the assembly hall.
