IN DR CONGO A TRAIN DERAILED, MORE THAN 30 VICTIMS
In the Democratic Republic of the Congo more than 30 people were killed in a train accident, according to local radio station Radio Okapi. It is noted that the incident occurred on November 12 in 30 kilometers from the city Lubudi. On the slope, the locomotive derailed, after which 11 of the 13 cars of a train carrying flammable products and fuel, caught fire. According to preliminary data, the victims of the incident were 33 people. The number of victims is not specified. About the causes of the accident are not yet known. Local authorities are investigating. |
