Employees of Czech IT company Actum Digital free created and donated to the state for the transport Ministry had intended to spend more than 400 million CZK (about 16 million euros). 401 million kroons, the company had to create an online store and app for iOS and Android. The contract was concluded for a period of four years, the open competition was conducted.

The owner of IT-company Actum Digital Tomasz Vondracek called the contract “absurd,” saying that such a service can be done in a few days. He explained that singers often use the ignorance of the client and inflate the prices and terms of works. “I wish no one belonged to our General funds as it now does the state.”
