«Armenia. Path to European values» նախագիծը, որն հավանության էր արժանացել 2023 թվականի Էրասմուս+ ծրագրի շրջանակներում հնարավորություն տվեց Հայաստանի խոշոր բուհերից` նաև գործընկեր «International Relations Development» կազմակերպությունից մի խումբ 2024 թվականի մարտի 18-ից մարտի 27-ը այցելել Նիդերլանդների Հաագա քաղաք:

Այցի նպատակն էր հանդիպել Նիդերլանդներում գործող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, ուսանողական ակտիվիստների հետ` քննարկելու երիտասարդության դերն ու

նրանց մասնակցությունը տարբեր գործընթացներին, եվրոպական արժեքների համամարդկային նշանակությունը, դրանց տարածումը Եվրոպական երկրներում ու նրա սահմաններից դուրս: Ծրագրին մասնակցելու համար հնարավորինս

ընտրվել էին արժանի ուսանողներ, նամակներ էր ուղարկել երկրի խոշոր բուհերի ռեկտորներին ուսանողների փոխանակման միջազգային այս ծրագրի համար ընտրելու համապատասխան պատրաստություն ստացած ուսանողներ:

Ծրագրի ընթացքում խումբը հետաքրքիր հանդիպումներ ու այցելություններ ունեցավ կրթական ու գիտական հաստատություններ, այցելեցին մշակութային վայրեր, եղան երկրի խորհրդարանում: Տպավորիչ էր հանդիպումը հայկական Աբովյան մշակութային միությունում, այդ մասին «Նիդերլանդական օրագիրն» արդեն հայտնել է: այստեղ նրանք հանդիպեցին ու լուսանկարվեցին միության ակտիվի հետ: Սպասված հանդիպմանն էր շտապել ASV Gladzor նիդերլանդահայ ուսանողական խորհրդի անդամները: Վերջիններս կիսվեցին իրենց փորձով, ծանոթացան Հայաստանից եկած իրենց ուսանող ընկերների հետ, ունեցան ջերմ ու անմիջական զրույց:

Միջոցառման սպասված հյուրն էր Նիդերլանդներում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վիկտոր Բիյագովը:

Հայաստանից ժամանած ուսանողների խումբը վառ ու անջնջելի տպավորությամբ վերադարձավ Հայաստան:

Հայ ուսանողների խումբն հետևյալ այցելություններն է ունեցել:

1․ Meeting with Geert Ates Director of "Stichting UNITED"- subject - What do we mean by European values? - Creating a social portrait of a "typical young man" from Armenia and the Netherlands. Differences and similarities

2․ Meeting with Clingendael experts on EAP countries Mr. Wouter Zweers and Mr. Tony van der Togt - subject - The EaP program, . The Comprehensive & Enhanced Partnership Agreement between the European Union & Armenia (CEPA)

3․ Non formal meeting with Leiden University students

4․ Visit to the International Criminal Court (ICC)

5․ Visit to Bibliothèque Den Haag

6.Visit to the Dutch Parliament

7․ Meeting with the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia

to the Kingdom of the Netherlands Mr. Viktor BIYAGOV at the "Abovyan" Armenian cultural centre in the Hague "

"Armenia. The "Path to European values" project, which was approved within the framework of the 2023 Erasmus+ program, enabled a group from the major universities of Armenia, as well as the partner "International Relations Development" organization, to visit The Hague in the Netherlands from March 18 to March 27, 2024.
The purpose of the visit was to meet with non-governmental organizations operating in the Netherlands, student activists to discuss the role of youth and
their participation in various processes, universal significance of European values, their spread in European countries and beyond its borders.
To participate in the program as much as possible meritorious students were selected, letters were sent to the chancellors of the country's major universities to select appropriately trained students for this international student exchange program.
During the program, the group had interesting meetings and visits to educational and scientific institutions, they visited cultural places, visited the parliament of the country. The meeting at the Armenian Abovyan Cultural Union was impressive, "The Netherlands Diary" has already reported about that. Here they met and took a photo with the active member of the union.
The expected guest of the event was Viktor Biyagov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Netherlands.
The group of students from Armenia returned to Armenia with a bright and indelible impression.
